  • We offer exchange or replacement only for products that are:

    • Damaged during delivery

    • Incorrect or incomplete items

    • Faulty out of the box (not due to customer misuse)

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • Packed in original box with all manuals, accessories, and warranty card

  • Refunds are not offered for change of mind or if the product is used.

  • Note: Customers are responsible for delivery/shipping charges both ways in case of return or exchange.

  • All products come with official West Point warranty (duration mentioned on product page or packaging).

  • For any warranty claim, the issue must fall under manufacturer defects (not physical or water damage).

  • The product will be repaired or replaced as per West Point’s warranty terms.

  • Customer must bear delivery/shipping costs for sending and receiving the product for warranty claim.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or power issues are not covered under warranty.

  • Delivery fee is non-refundable in all cases.

  • Arvora Home reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the policy conditions.
